The readiness assessment covers a whole function; Kaia’s diagnostic tests one workflow on your data.
Small by design, senior throughout. Rahul leads every engagement personally and takes two at a time. Each starts with a 30-minute scoping call and a fixed statement of work; your team keeps every deliverable.
What every readout contains, in this order
- 01
The roadmap and the selection criteria
Vendor-neutral, and complete on their own: which workflows to move first, what each needs from your data and controls, and how to choose whoever builds or buys it.
- 02
The controls
The approvals, human review, evaluation and audit trail each workflow needs before it runs in production.

Appendix: where Kaia fits
A separate, labelled appendix. Where Kaia’s products cover a workflow, it says so, names the alternatives in that category, or recommends that you run a competitive selection.
Independence
This advisory is part of Kaia AI, Inc., which builds software for regulated operations. We say so at the start of every engagement.
Our fee is fixed and does not depend on what you buy. Where an assessment covers work Kaia’s products do, the roadmap and the selection criteria come first and stand on their own; we do not run your vendor selection in that category, and you decide independently.
If you later choose Kaia, part of the fee can be credited, as written in your statement of work.
If you become a Kaia founding partner within 90 days of a readout, 25% of the advisory fee is credited toward it. The diagnostic and the founding partnership are priced on the pricing page. See pricing →
Kaia’s product results are published on the benchmarks page. They measure the product, not an advisory engagement. Benchmarks →
